Vendor Policy

This Vendor Policy governs the terms under which businesses (“Vendors”) use the BrandBatao platform to list their services, products, and appointments.

By registering as a vendor on BrandBatao, you agree to comply with this policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must be legally allowed to operate their business
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date
BrandBatao reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Maintain accurate business information, pricing, and availability
Provide genuine services and products to customers
Honor confirmed appointments and customer inquiries
Comply with applicable local, state, and national laws

3. Appointments & Customer Interaction

Vendors are responsible for managing appointments and queues
Customer communication may occur via WhatsApp or other supported channels
BrandBatao is not responsible for service quality or customer disputes

4. Products & Services Listings

All listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading
Images and descriptions must belong to the vendor or be legally usable
Prohibited, illegal, or restricted items must not be listed

BrandBatao reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies.

5. Payments, Fees & Charges

Vendors agree to pay any applicable platform fees as described in their chosen plan.
